A 16-year-old Westlake girl walking her dog on May 28 at 1:20 p.m. was the object of unwanted attentions from a man who commented aloud on her attractiveness while he was parked on Dover Center Road. The man then followed the girl onto Georgetown Drive and asked for her name and phone number. She went to her grandmother’s house nearby and called Westlake Police; the vehicle left. The girl described the red utility-style truck towing a trailer with some sort of construction equipment on it. The truck had writing or lettering on the side and possibly on the back. The driver was a white male, 50-60 years old, wore glasses and called himself “Ed.”
