Community Editor Amanda Harnocz wants to interview the people behind the pages everyone in Westlake 'likes.'
Do you operate a Facebook page for a local organization, group, business or school in your community? Then I want to talk to you. But first, a quick introduction. I'm Amanda Harnocz, a community editor for Patch. I'm a Facebook and general social media junkie and recently I was put in charge of managing social media sites for many of the Ohio Patch sites. (I know, lucky me! Right?) I'd click "like" on that sentence if I could. Anyway, I want to do more than share your information on our Patch Facebook pages, I want to feature the person behind that page. Emerald is Pantone's 2013 Color of the Year. Here's where you can find it in Westlake.
Want to be on-trend in 2013? Go green. Emerald has been chosen as the 2013 Color of the Year by Pantone, the company seen as the authority on color and color trends. Described by Pantone as a "lively, radiant, lush green," Emerald is associated with new life, beauty, growth, renewal and prosperity. This means we'll be seeing a lot of Emerald in clothing, accessories, home furnishings and home accessories in the coming months. "Balanced yet sophisticated, Emerald enlivens all colors in the spectrum," a statement from Pantone said. We're feeling less pain at the pump as Christmas nears
If you have a lot of holiday errands to run as the clock ticks down to Christmas, you're getting an early present as gas prices continue to fall.
