Underage Drinker Causes Disturbance at Crocker Park Police arrested a 19-year-old Westlake man for disorderly conduct intoxicated and underage consumption at 11 p.m. Nov. 11 after he caused a ruckus at two Crocker Park restaurants. According to police reports, the man threatened staff members at Brio before going to Champps. Officers took the man to jail, whre he kicked his shoes at the arresting officer. Police released him at about 8:30 the next morning. Woman Found Passed Out in Car on Parking Garage Ramp Police found a 49-year-old Westlake woman passed out in the passenger seat of a 2012 Cadillac in a Union Street parking garage at about 7 p.m. Nov. 10. Man Walks Out Bar Tab, Found Later By Police In Yard A 33-year-old Westlake man ran up a $243 bar tab, and then skipped out on the bill at about 1:30 a.m. Oct. 24. Police found the man in a yard on Dover Center Road and arrested him for theft and disorderly conduct intoxicated. The man also gave police a fake name and birth date, which led to another charge of misidentification.
