Fox 8 Setting Up Shop in Crocker Park
TV station will have studio in Westlake shopping/dining/entertainment complex
There's all sorts of businesses at Crocker Park. You can buy clothes, see a movie, eat at a variety of restaurants. Now, a new sort of business is coming there. A TV station. Fox 8 Cleveland announced that it is setting up a studio at Crocker Park. The studio will be used to make coverage of west side news easier, said Fox 8 General Manager Greg Easterly in the announcement. “When we have a crew that is covering a story way out west that they can cut down on their drive time and spend more time on the story itself is just a big convenience for us,” said Easterly. Crocker Park director of communications Lisa Schwan said Monday that the location for the studio in Crocker Park had not been confirmed, but should be soon.
