Vincent J. Scullin, 69, of Westlake, died Nov. 6 at home. He was born on August 21, 1943, in Cleveland to Joe and Millie (Weimer) Scullin. After graduating from St. Ignatius High School in 1961, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Detroit and a Master's of Science degree in Mathematics from Western Reserve University. He retired from NASA Glenn Research Center in 2006 after working there for 40 years. Scullin was a loving family man who enjoyed playing basketball and golf with friends. In addition to his parents, Scullin is survived by his wife of 45 years JoAnne (Koster) Scullin; children Brenda Budzar (Mark), Kevin (Melanie Brandy), Sara Kephart (Todd) and Sheila (Keith Pastrick); grandchildren …
