Westlake Workplaces Rank High in Survey
Plain Dealer rates top 100 Northeast Ohio workplaces
Several Westlake businesses earned spots on the Top Workplaces 2012 Report, done by WorkplaceDynamics and The Plain Dealer, which was released this weekend. Keller Williams Greater Cleveland West is part of Keller Williams Realty, ranked the top large company. It was noted for the "passion" of its agents and its non-traditional business model. Not far behind in the large company category was Hyland Software, which employs 964 employees at its two Westlake sites. "I feel I have a voice within the company," one employee was quoted as saying about Hyland Software. "I am also empowered to make decisions without fear of repercussions (as long as the decisions are not stupid)." Other Westlake employers making the list:
