Where is Santa? Use Apps to Track Him
NORAD is keeping an eye on Santa Claus' journey tonight.
Are his cheeks rosy? Is his beard as white as snow? Parents want to know.
I'll never forget the worst-looking Santa nor will I forget the best. The best was at the Christkindlmarkt in Bethlehem, Pa. His beard was so perfect and his laugh was very jolly. I often wondered if he was THE North Pole Santa doing a Boss Undercover episode. The worst was at an Akron-area mall (I won't name it because it's not fair to malign the entire mall). He had a big heart, but he looked like a biker dude who had bleached his beard to a nice shade of yellow. No, looks aren't everything, but when you're representing an icon everybody knows intimately, you should show some respect. Who's got the best looking Santa that you've seen? Other parents want to know. Feel free to shoot a photo and share where you saw the Santa.

Do you think you should be able to take your own pictures when the kids visit Santa at the mall?
Jolly Old St. Nick has been a big draw at the malls for years, where parents would snap photos of their children sitting on the Big Man's lap. But recently, malls have started to ban parents from taking their own photos, or asking them to shoot from a certain distance. Others will allow parents to take photos only if they also buy a professional photo package. Some Santas say it's stealing when you take your own photos, reports United Press International, but parents argue that it ruins the spirit of the season. What do you think?
We've caught Santa on camera throughout Patch towns in our area. We'd love to see your photos too!
Ever wonder how Santa visits all those houses on Christmas Eve? Well we don't wonder at all. We've seen him at the Acme in Stow, at the Brecksville Public Library, and even at Crocker Park in Westlake. With all the locations he's been spotted at throughout our area this month, it's no wonder he can hit everybody's house on the big night. So, we're sharing our Santa photos with you to get you in the holiday spirit. Want to share yours too? Sure, that'd be awesome.

It is. It's designed for a cat. My sister's cat, Andre, used to wear it. Deb sent it to me for my cat, Lenny. For fun, we decided to put it on Buckwheat.   more ›
Crowds lined the streets of Crocker Park on Saturday to watch the 50-foot tree come alive, followed by a holiday fireworks display.
Santa came all the way from the North Pole to light the tree at Crocker Park Saturday night.

What a fun event that must have been. (Although the fireworks got more votes than Santa in the unscientific survey.) Awesome video!   more ›
