How Much Are Homes Selling For in Westlake?

Look through our searchable database for sales and transfers in Cuyahoga County in April.

During the month of April, there were 103 properties sold or transferred in Westlake. During that same time, there were more than 4,200 properties sold or transferred across the county.  You can use the searchable database above to find out which homes sold in Westlake last month—and how much they sold for. The database is for the entire county, so you can check for homes beyond Westlake's borders, too. The information in the database was provided by the Cuyahoga County Fiscal office.  You can search by city, zip code or street address for properties sold or transferred during the month of April 2013. For the address, just type in the name of the street—you don’t need to include the suffix, direction or street number.

This is a nice, quick tool to get an idea of what homes are selling for in a certain area. However, there a lot of missing details (condition, foreclosure, distressed, etc) that aren't in the report. How Much Are Homes Selling for in Westlake?
