Architects continue to work out the final details of the plans.
The American Greetings headquarters at Crocker Park are still in the planning process, but funding for the multi-million dollar construction project is starting to roll in. American Greetings took its plans off of the city’s Planning Commission agenda in September after several meetings with residents, city officials and developers. Rocky River treatment facility is old and outdated and cannot handle our Westlake needs now! Add all of these areas and we have more problems. Growth is great, but existing issues have to be addressed.   more ›
