President Obama told mourners at a Sunday vigil that America is not doing enough to keep its children safe.
After spending two hours Sunday with the families of the 26 victims of Friday's mass murder at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn., a somber President Barack Obama told an audience at a interfaith vigil that he had brought "the love and prayers of a nation." "Newtown, you are not alone," the President said. "As these difficult days have unfolded, you have also inspired us with stories of strength and resolve and sacrifice."
