Lottery Ticket Thieves: You Can't Win if You Don't Pay

Many of us have dreams of winning the lottery. But we would not go to these lengths to make it happen. Kirstin Frank, 23, of Middleburgh Heights, is facing felony theft charges after being accused of printing about $11,000 worth of Ohio Lottery tickets for herself -- and not paying for them -- while she worked at the Rite Aid at Center Ridge Road and Dover Center Road. The scheme allegedly went on from April until her arrest by Westlake Police, which followed an investigation by store management and the Ohio Lottery Commission. Frank's friend, 22-year-old Holly Zinck of Brook Park, is being charged with complicity to theft. She's accused of going with Frank to cash some of the winning tickets.
