Daniel Jung Arrested for Setting Fire to Garage

Daniel Jung, the Westlake man who ran over and killed his father and injured his mother in 2004, is accused of setting fire to the garage of his brother's Woodpath Trail home Thursday morning. Jung, 30, was taken to St. John Medical Center after threatening to kill himself, then was taken to Westlake City Jail Thursday afternoon. He is being charged with aggravated arson. A neighbor who called 911 shortly before 10:30 a.m. told the dispatcher she had seen Jung pouring what looked to be gasoline around the front of the house near the garage and was holding a lighter.
