Despite a struggling real estate market, plans for new single-family row homes and lofts are in the works at Westhampton Homes. From upscale homes to trendy lofts, The Coral Company has big plans for the flourishing Crocker Park complex’s residential section. Twenty new homes with price tags starting at $309,000 are slated to be complete by the end of 2011, according to Joan Mennett, The Coral Company’s vice president of marketing. Additions to the SOHO Lofts, Hyde Park Lofts and Manor Homes, all part of Westhampton, will comprise the 2011 residential expansion.
