Would You Want to See a New Housing Development at Center Ridge and Crocker Roads?
A proposal was discussed and tabled at Planning Commission on Monday.
Dozens of residents showed up to the Planning Commission meeting on Monday to hear more about plans for a new housing development at Center Ridge and Crocker roads. The proposal for the “Crocker Woods Cluster” raised so many questions, in fact, that the commission voted to table the measure until January and asked the developer to provide more details in its preliminary plan. The land is being developed by Carl Andreano, said Robert Parry, the city’s planning director. The current issue is a rezoning one; actual development plans won’t come until later.
