Julius faces charges of abduction, attempted abduction and assault for allegedly getting into a man's car, hitting him in the face and forcing him to drive at 5:30 a.m. April 8. According to police reports, Julius told the man he was the Lord and that people were after him. Julius then tried to get into a 51-year-old woman’s car near Dover Center Road but she sped away and called police, according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. Westlake Cpt. According to Westlake police reports, a North Olmsted man was driving to work on Detroit Road at about 5:30 a.m. April 8 when a stranger jumped in his car, hit him in the face and forced him to drive.
