What's up guys!
First of all, the word of the week for me this week is HONOR.
Honor means to acknowledge and thank people in your life who have made you who you are.
I know I wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for many influential people in my life. It's easy to forget and take them for granted when we get caught up in the busyness of life. Let's not forget where we came from though. It pushes us to be better when we humble ourselves and remember who we used to be; and it pushes them to be better when they know how powerful their influence has been and will be. This week I'm going to spend some time reaching out and thanking those who have impacted me.

Second, here's YOUR NUTRITION TIP of the Week: EAT SINGLE INGREDIENT FOODS.
This is one of the best guidelines to use when you're trying to figure out if a certain food is healthy for you or not. Single ingredient foods are foods that basically come from the earth and are as close to their natural source as possible. Think fruits, veggies, whole grains, and organic and free range eggs. For example, an apple is an apple. A carrot is a carrot. An egg is an egg. They are pure and you know what you're getting.
When you look at ingredient lists, make sure its as few as possible. Items with lots of unpronounceable words are not meant to be ingested.
Another example I always use is have you ever seen a Twinky tree or Ho-ho bush growing outside?
Eating single ingredient foods is one of the most fundamental principles to proper nutrition. It's just one of our many principles that we've outlined in our Nutrition Blueprint that we've finally compiled and completed for you. We are so excited to get it out to you guys.
