Your FREE Back, Butt, & Bicep Shredding Workout

This is a free back, butt, and bicep workout that we incorporate into our off-days from from our Hardcore training classes.

Hey everyone!

The one area that most people do not hit enough, and in my opinion is the most important, is the posterior side, i.e. back, butt, and hamstrings.  So I put together an example of one of my workouts that I do to hit some pullings movements, targeting the back, butt, hams, and biceps.  Plus a FAT-Blasting finisher at the end. I think Enterprise was going to move there, since BMW is moving to where Enterprise is.
