Wow, what a great week so far. I hope you are all tearing it up!
I was in KY this week for an amazing youth fitness conference and one of the nutrition speakers gave a visual that I saw a few years back...
The amount of sugar in a can of pop...
10 teaspoons to be exact.
So while my 2-year-old son and I were hanging out today, I thought it would be a good idea to capture the visual for you as well.
If you've never seen it before, it's definitely an eye-opener.
If you have seen it, it's a great reminder as to why you shouldn't ingest this stuff on a regular basis.
Plus, it's always good to see how stinkin' cute my son is!
