City planning commission still has questions about landscaping and traffic patterns.

Plans for Westlake's new high school are undergoing one more round of minor adjustments after Monday night's special meeting of the Planning Commission.

Residents and Planning Commission members had questions and some concerns about plans for the high school, including landscaping and soil erosion.

Their concerns about the renovations to Lee Burneson Middle School and new seventh and eighth grade building and about traffic patterns, particularly on Bassett Road. Residents also expressed concerns about students cutting through their backyards and safety issues surrounding the water retention basin.
