Seven foreclosed homes in Westlake sold in September, for prices ranging from $62,955 to $263,334.
Three homes scheduled to be sold in September were withdrawn from sheriff's sale either by order of the court or because of bankruptcy.
Sheriff's sales are held at 9 a.m. each Monday in the Cuyahoga County Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd Street, Cleveland.

Oct. 22: 30903 Pinehurst Drive; appraised value $275,000; minimum bid $183,334.
