Eight Foreclosed Homes Up for Sheriff's Sale

Starting prices range from $20,000 to $333,000

Nine foreclosed Westlake homes are scheduled to be sold at sheriff's sales this month.

Ten homes sold in December, at prices ranging from $38,667 to $278,000.

Sheriff's sales are held at 9 a.m. each Monday (except for holidays) in the Cuyahoga County Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd Street, Cleveland.

Jan. 14

  • 26086 Rose Rd.; appraised value $80,000; minimum bid $53,334.
  • 1704 Holdens Arbor Run; appraised value $200,000; minimum bid $133,334.
  • 29261 Nottingham Ct.; appraised value $500,000; minimum bid $333,334.
  • 27427 Westown Blvd. #1710; appraised value $30,000; minimum bid $20,000.
  • 1851 King James Pkwy. #110; appraised value $75,000; minimum bid $50,000.

Jan. 22

  • 2237 Walter Rd.; appraised value $85,000; minimum bid $56,667.

Jan. 28

  • 3207 Bay Landing Dr.; appraised value $85,000; minimum bid $56,667.

I think Enterprise was going to move there, since BMW is moving to where Enterprise is.
