“To have a national event with national exposure in Lorain County at the Avon All Pro Stadium is exciting,” she said.  “…This is a great opportunity for families to meet these candidates.”

Along with the speakers and entertainment, several organizations from various political parties will have tables and booths set up to greet attendees and pass out election information.

“We’re coming to the stadium in all shapes and sizes and colors and ages to celebrate American patriotism,” Lorain County 912 Tea Party member Dianne Mueller said. “There’s a comfort in being with other people who love the country as much as I do, and realize that there are things that need to be done to get the nation back on track financially and otherwise.”

The gates will open at 3 p.m., the preshow starts at 4 p.m. and the buses will arrive at 5 p.m. next Saturday.

Following the Avon rally, the tour will culminate in Tampa, Fla., on Sept. 13 with the Tea Party Republican presidential debate presented by CNN.
