Need to Ship a Gift? Time Is Running Out

Check out the mailing deadlines below to ensure that your gift is not left out in the cold this holiday season.

With Christmas only days away, time is running out to ship all those cards and gifts.

Luckily, the is still accepting packages, but folks are encouraged to act quickly if they want their gifts to arrive in time for Christmas.

Here are the key deadline dates:

  • Monday, Dec. 19: Last day for international shipping
  • Tuesday, Dec. 20: Last day for First Class Mail
  • Wednesday, Dec. 21: Last day for Priority Mail
  • Thursday, Dec. 22: Last day for Express Mail

And for those who plan to travel over the holidays, don’t forget to put a hold on your mail. To do so, simply submit a request on the U.S. Postal Service website.
