The Westlake community will host a dedication ceremony for the Oct. 22.
Residents, the business community and anyone with ties to Westlake is invited to come out and celebrate.
If you'd like to be a part of the ceremony, the Westlake Historical Society is to participate. The society is hoping to have someone ring the antique Dover fire truck bell once for each year in Westlake's history.
