Sibling Squabble Lands Man in Jail

A 19-year-old Seneca Drive man went to jail after fighting with his 21-year-old sister at about 12:45 p.m. Aug. 23. During the fight, the sister got a cut on her left hand, bt refused medical treatment. The brother ran off before police arrived at the house, but he returned later. Officers arrested him and charged him with domestic violence. He was released the next day and a temporary protection order was issued.

Brick Used To Smash Windshield

A man reported that someone threw a brick through the windshield of his 1995 Eagle Talon some time between 8 and about 9:15 p.m. Aug. 22. The car was parked in the driveway at the owner’s home on Bradley Road.

No Suspects in Credit Card Fraud

A Regency Place man found that someone had opened three credit card accounts in his name on Aug. 23. The man found out when he received statements in the mail showing that someone had charged $5,800 at various locations in Michigan.He closed all of the accounts. Police have no suspects.
