Man Threatens Violence Over Alleged Viagra Theft

The Westlake City Prosecutor will rule on whether a 37-year-old Westlake man will face menacing or other charges after harassing staff at .

The man had been treated at the hospital Nov. 20, and for the next three days came back to make threats over the alleged theft of his Viagra. At about 4:15 p.m. Nov. 23, the man came back screaming profanities. Security escorted the man outside where he threatened to "shoot up the place."

The man had gone before police arrived. The suspect has never reported the theft to Westlake police.

Brick Thrown Through Home Window

A brick came through the living room window of a Westhill Boulevard home at about 12:45 p.m. Nov. 25. No one saw who threw the brick, but the resident believes two suspects in the assault of his teenage son in August may be involved. The son told police that he and the suspects are all friends now.

Man Threatens Wife Over Laundry

Police arrested a 75-year-old Creekside Drive man for domestic violence after he threatened his 67-year-old at about 7 p.m. Nov. 20. The couple is going through a divorce and both agreed that the man had threatened to "bash" the woman's head in after they got into an argument over the laundry. Police issued a temporary protection order and released the man the next afternoon.

Medication Stolen From Porch

An unknown suspect took $100 worth of prescription medications from a Wingedfoot Drive porch after they were delivered Nov. 19. The intended recipient called police Nov. 22 after confirming that UPS delivered the medication.

Three Purses Stolen From Funeral Home Parking Lot

A Medina man reported that his back passenger window had been broken out, and two purses were missng at about 9 p.m. Nov. 22. He had been parked at a Detroit Road funeral parlor. All credit cards were cancelled before any purchases were made. A Windsor, Ohio man also reported that his front passenger window had been broken, and another purse taken. Police have no suspects.
