Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Woman Passes Out In Car

Underage Drinker Causes Disturbance at Crocker Park

Police arrested a 19-year-old Westlake man for disorderly conduct intoxicated and underage consumption at 11 p.m. Nov. 11 after he caused a ruckus at two restaurants. According to police reports, the man threatened staff members at before going to . Officers took the man to jail, whre he kicked his shoes at the arresting officer. Police released him at about 8:30 the next morning.

Woman Found Passed Out in Car on Parking Garage Ramp

Police found a 49-year-old Westlake woman passed out in the passenger seat of a 2012 Cadillac in a Union Street parking garage at about 7 p.m. Nov. 10. The car was stopped in the middle of a ramp, where it was blocking traffic. The woman alternately told officer that her husband or her friend had been driving. Police arrested her for disorderly conduct intoxicated and released her the next morning.

Car Window Broken, Purse Stolen

A Westlake woman found that the passenger window of her 2008 Toyota minivan had been broken, and her purse stolen, at about 9 p.m. Nov. 10 at the . The purse was found the next morning on Center Ridge Road near Westwood Road. Police returned the purse to the woman, but the cash and credit cards were gone. Police have no suspects.
