Packages Stolen After Christmas Eve Delivery

The following information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Two Westlake residents had packages that had been delivered to them during the day on Christmas Eve stolen

A package of rifle parts were delivered to the common mailbox area of a Detroit Road resident's apartment complex, and were stolen sometime between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. The value of the rifle parts is estimated at $1,700.

A Halls Carriage Path resident told Westlake Police that two packages were stolen from his front porch after being delivered. The packages contained pressure transducers, which are devices that measure liquid or gas pressure. Those items were valued at $5,000.

I think Enterprise was going to move there, since BMW is moving to where Enterprise is.
