Man Skips Bathroom, Urinates on Restaurant Furniture in Front of Officer

Twinsburg Man Pees in Front of Police

A 21-year-old Twinsburg man proved himself a real whiz at spotting police at about 12:45 a.m. Sept. 10 at . The man decided to take a leak on the furniture in the restaurant instead of heading to the bathroom— right in front of an off-duty police officer working security. Police charged the man with disorderly conduct intoxicated.

Rocky River Boys Found Drinking Underage During Football Game

Five Rocky River boys are facing underage alcohol consumption charges after a 16-year-old was found intoxicated at the baseball diamonds during the Westlake football game. The Westlake Fire Department took the boy to Fairview Hospital because of his level of intoxication. Rocky River High School staff found the remaining four boys in the stands— three 17-year-olds and one other 16-year-old. All four had also been drinking and were turned over to their parents at the game.

Westlake auxiliary police officers found three more 17-year-old Rocky River boys who had been drinking in a car parked at the Westlake High School lot. All of them had been drinking vodka and Westlake fire crews took one of them to Fairview Hospital. Police turned the boys over to their parents. They will face charges for underage drinking.

Stolen Bike Returned to Rightful Owner

Westlake police officers found and returned a stolen bicycle to its rightful owner Sept. 14. The unlocked bike had been stolen from Westlake High School while the owner was at football practice. An officer found the bike the next day near and returned it to the boy in good condition.

Copper Cable Stolen From Truck

Police are investigating the theft of a spool of copper cable discovered at about 8 a.m. Sept. 15. The cable was stolen from a truck parked in a lot on Clemens Road.
