Man Punches Window, Fights with Police After Getting ‘Cut Off’ at the Bar

The following information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A little after 1 a.m. on Jan. 13, a 26-year-old Westlake man was “cut off” at a Detroit Road saloon after annoying some of the women there, according to the police.

The man didn’t take this news well, and punched a window on a door as he was being shown out. He then ran across the street into an apartment complex. He fought with the arresting officers, and refused to give his booking information once in jail. He was charged with disorderly conduct intoxication, resisting arrest and criminal damaging.
