A 9-year-old Westlake boy wiped out on his scooter on Windsong Court on Sept. 17 around 7 p.m.
A white male around 55-years old driving a black mini-van (possibly a Chrysler Town and Country) came alongside him and told him to get into the van several times but the boy refused.

The driver had a brown mustache and wore a black wool winter hat and a black coat. No license plate was seen; the vehicle left towards Dover Center Road.
