Love Stinks When it Makes the Police Blotter

If you've got outstanding warrants, you may not want to be bringing your break-up mess to the police.
A Markview Drive woman called on May 6 after receiving what were described as "cryptic and threatening" phone calls from her ex-boyfriend. The two had broken up three months ago after a seven-year relationship and still work together.
The man had called Westlake police prior to that, giving a fake name, claiming the woman was constantly calling his cell phone. He has warrants out from three police departments, according to Westlake police.

The woman said she didn't want to press charges against her ex, but she was arrested on an active warrant from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff.
