Jennifer Kearney Indicted on Charges for Hitting, Killing Motorcyclist on Interstate 90
Kearney pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.
Westlake resident Jennifer Kearney, 27, is pleading not guilty to charges for hitting and killing a motorcyclist on Interstate 90 in Cleveland.
Kearney is with 45-year-old Kenneth Stith of Akron. Stith was not wearing a helmet and EMS crews pronounced him dead on the scene.
According to Cleveland police public information officer Sammy Morris, responding officers believed Kearney was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but she refused to be tested for either.

Kearney was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Friday morning. She was out on a $50,000 bond, which will continue.
A pretrial date has not yet been set in the courtroom of Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Ronald Suster.
