Fake $10 Bills, Stolen Energy Drinks and More Crime

Bay Village Teens Steal Energy Drinks

Two Bay Village teenagers stole $15 worth of energy drinks from Giant Eagle at about 4:15 p.m. Feb. 15. Store employees held the boys, an 18-year-old and a 16-year-old from Bay Village, and turned them over to Westlake police. Officers found that the 18-year-old also had a bottle of Jagermeister in his vehicle and charged him with petty theft and underage possession. Police will file on the 16-year-old in Juvenile Court for petty theft.

A Regal Cinemas employee reported that someone passed two fake $10 bills on Feb. 14. Police are investigating.

Cash, Watch, Gift Card Stolen from SUV

A Holdens Arbor Run resident reported the theft of a watch, gift card and cash worth $1,655 from an unlocked SUV between 7 p.m. Feb. 10 and 5 p.m. Feb. 12. Police have no suspects.
