‘Donald’ Steals a Car, But Who is Donald?

A man lends out his car, but doesn't get quite enough information.

On March 13, a Salem Parkway man reported lending his 1995 Chevrolet pickup to his dad’s old friend “Donald” of Cleveland back on March 8.

What is Donald’s last name? Good question; the truck owner doesn’t know.

What he does know is that Donald promised to return the truck on March 11, but reneged and now won’t answer the owner’s phone calls. The vehicle was entered into the National Crime Information Center computer as an Unauthorized Use by the Westlake Police Department.
