Bad Night at Crocker Park for Three People

The following arrest information was provided by the Westlake Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A night out a Crocker Park ended badly for three people who are all facing charges.

Things started going bad when a 21-year-old Sagamore Hills man was spotted leaving a Crocker Park Blvd. store with $94 worth of clothing. Security caught up with him -- he was intoxicated -- and held him there until showed up. He was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and receiving stolen property.

Two friends were driving around the area looking for him. They weren't involved in the theft, but the driver, a 32-year-old Westlake man, was charged with driving under suspension and then got hit with obstructing official business charges after he ran when being served with the ticket.

A 29-year-old Cleveland woman in the car was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication. She went limp when handcuff, but that ended quickly when she was told by police that she'd face resisting arrest charges if she continued.
