Avon Lake Woman Arrested In Crocker Park For Steal Hundreds of $$ in Cosmetics

The following information was obtained from the Westlake Police logs.  

A 64-year-old Avon Lake woman may have been searching for the Fountain of Youth, but walked away with a petty theft charge instead on Oct. 2. The woman was stopped by store security as she left a Crocker Park Boulevard store at 2:45 p.m. with $411 worth of cosmetics.

Management also banned her from returning there for 5 years.

A 51-year-old Rocky River man’s loud, off-key, and intoxicated singing drew no calls for an encore on Oct. 2 at 10:28PM as he staggered along Canterbury Road. He was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct.
