$45K of Items Stolen as Family Moves from Westlake to Avon

Also, $8,000 engagement ring stolen in separate incident: blotters

Coins, a camera, and jewelry belonging to two related families disappeared from a Hunters Point residence between June 18 and 29 as one household moved to a new home in Avon. 

Three different movers were involved in the transfer of the furniture and furnishings; the missing items are valued at a minimum of $45,000. 

The matter was reported to Westlake Police Department on July 23.

A Yeoman Drive woman reported the theft of her $8,000 engagement ring from her home on July 24; she suspects relatives. The investigation continues.
