Where are the snow plows?

It's been snowing since Thursday the 23rd and our street has only been plowed 1x (overnight between Thur/Fri)--why haven't the secondary streets been plowed--it's now Saturday evening (25th) and no sign of a plow anywhere in our development--next step--a call to the Mayor's office (as our councilman--Mr. Brady always has an attitude when asked about city services).
