How did they get our number and. . .

Why is the principal from Parkside Intermediate School--Mark Bregar calling us from Howard Hanna (name on caller ID along with this number for the Crocker Park office--440-793-0132) and encouraging us to support the upcoming levy?  Not to mention--how did they get our unlisted/unpublished number?
