Jeanne Estelle Lowrie Falcone, of Westlake, passed away Aug. 28, 2013.
She was born on April 9, 1947.
Jeanne was the beloved wife of Tim, loving mother of Kelly Falcone (Ken Hall) and Tony Falcone (Lauren). Devoted and proud grandmother of Abigail, Alexandra, Samuel, Jacob and Mitchell. Daughter of the late Clayton and Genevieve Lowrie. Sister of Clayton T., Diana and the late Jeffery Lowrie.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday Sept. 3 at 11 a.m. at Hale Farm and Village 2686 Oak Hill Road Bath, Ohio. (For directions visit www.halefarm.org).
