Helen Amato, Mother of Three

Funeral services are Saturday morning

Helen (Kovanes) Amato, 88, of Westlake, died Jan. 9.

She was born August 2, 1924, in Blacklick, Penn to the late Thomas and Ann Marie Kovanes. She grew up in Lorain.

Amato joined the Nurses Cadets in 1944 and graduated from St. Luke's Hospital as a Registered Nurse in 1947. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and church-related work and functions.

She was the wife of the late August M. Amato for 43 years.

Amato is survived by children Rosemarie, August (Danae) and Darlene (Jeffrey); grandchildren Anthony and Marissa Brusnahan and Lorenzo and Giada Amato; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, with the service following at 10:00 a.m., at St. Theodosius Cathedral, 733 Starkweather Ave., Cleveland

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.

I think Enterprise was going to move there, since BMW is moving to where Enterprise is.

No, it is kitty-corner to the existing gas station & is new construction
