Gloria D. Mondok, age 65, passed away on June 29 after courageous battles with many illnesses.
She was born on March 31, 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pa.
The beloved wife of Louis Y. Mondok. Loving mother of Eric Y. (Barb) and Adam Y. Mondok, she was the daughter of Thomas Mikulski (Alice dec.) Sister of Thomas Mikulski (Jill), Mark Mikulski (Denny Kidder), Deborah Sliwoski (Michael), Susan Stoffels (William), Bruce Mikulski (Gayla) and Donna Dtrytch (Patrick).
A Memorial service to be held Saturday, July 6 at 11 a.m. at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, 2914 Dover Center Road, Westlake where friends and family will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service.
