Long Ago Westlake: Mayor Kirk is Sworn In

John T. Kirk (left) was sworn by Rocky River Municipal Judge Milton D. Holmes before a standing-room-only crowd in the Westlake City Hall on Jan. 2, 1962.
Kirk's was the first four-year administration in Westlake history.
