LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS Voter Education Session

SURFING YOUR WAY TO THE BALLOT
BOX

Puzzled about election
issues?  The candidates?  The rumors?
The facts?  On Tuesday, Oct. 15,
2013, the Westlake/North Olmsted chapter of the League of Women Voters --
Cuyahoga Area will present a hands-on session featuring useful websites for
election information.  The public program
will take place at 7:00 PM in the Computer Lab at Westlake Porter Public
Library located at 27333 Center Ridge Rd Westlake.

Presenters Mary Worthington and
Janice Patterson will introduce some basic websites about voting procedures and
local elections.  Participants will then
be divided into teams to do online searches on election-related subjects, with
prizes awarded to the teams that succeed in finding answers to the VOTE game
devised for this event.   People with all
levels of computer expertise are welcome.
For further information, contact Carole Koscielny, chapter chair, at
440-356-4544.
