Easing the Stress of the Holidays!

Please join us for a free program hosted by Brighton Gardens of Westlake Assisted Living & Memory Care called "Easing the Stress of the Holidays" which will be presented by the Alzheimer's Association on Monday, November 4th. Refreshments, registration, and tours will begin at 6:30pm, with the program beginning at 7pm. The program is designed to give caregivers helpful hints and tips that will be useful during the holiday season while caring for their loved one with dementia. How can everyone be included in the holiday preparations? What might be an appropriate gift for my parent with dementia? How can the family holiday dinner be less stressful?
