Spring Weather Spell Won't Last Long

Thunderstorms and a possibility of tornados tonight.

It may seem like spring has arrive this afternoon, with the sun shining and the temperatures reaching 65 degrees. We're just three degrees short of beating the record, set in 1976.

But winter isn't gone for good, and the weather will be getting bad again. The National Weather Service is issuing a tornado watch for the entire county through 9 p.m. Wednesday night.

As the temperatures drop this evening, expect to see some rain and thunderstorms. The storms could get severe, forecasters say.
