The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Westlake and all of Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
At 9:55 a.m., radar indicated a severe storm capable of producing quarter-sized hail and winds up to 60 miles an hour was over 16 miles northwest of Lorain and was moving southeast at 35 miles an hour.
