Expect Traffic Delays During Westlake Bridge Repairs
The Ohio Department of Transportation will likely begin construction on April 1.
On April 1 or sometime shortly thereafter, the Ohio Department of Transportation will replace the bridge deck on Detroit Road at Sperry Creek, just west of Clague Road.
The deck will be replaced in two halves (north and south), which means a specialized traffic signal will be used to allow for alternating one-way traffic, said Westlake Police Lt. Guy Turner.
The project should be completed by Oct. 31, according to an ODOT press release.
