Today brings carnival rides, baseball honors and more things you might need to know.

1) The Fourth of July celebrations are starting already at . Carnival rides from Bates Brothers Amusement Co. are up and running in the green space near now through Monday.

2) Congratulations to Westlake baseball coach Jeff Short, who is going to be inducted into the Northeast Ohio Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Short has been coaching at Westlake for 23 seasons and was honored during the annual High School All-Star game yesterday at Progressive Field.

3) The National Weather Service is predicting that today will be mostly sunny, with a high near 74 degrees. Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low around 56 degrees.

4) Do you have Tylenol Extra Strength Capsules in your medicine cabinet? You might need to get rid of them, according to WKYC and the Associated Press. The story says that Johnson & Johnson has issued a recall on bottles made in February of 2009 due to a musty odor linked to the chemical presebasrvative TBA. The chemical has also been known to cause gastrointestinal issues.
